Scenic Roots Concert

We are hosting a sister duo, Scenic Roots, later this month. This sisters are on tour from Kansas, and will be doing a concert at Crossroads Coffee Cafe in Gladstone. Erin and Amber sing, play mountain dulcimer and fiddle, and will be sharing old-time American, bluegrass, and Celtic music.

We saw sooo many frogs jumping into the water in the wetlands. I really wanted a picture...this was the only frog that stayed visible long enough for me to take one.

It's Time

Yes, my friends, it is definitely time to blog again. The summer is filling up. Looking at our calender, we have at least one event planned for every weekend for the next thirteen weeks straight. These inlcude camping trips, weddings, concerts, and more! Now... I'll try to fill you in on the last few weeks with a few snapshots.
