We have talked about recording a CD for years but never felt "ready". About two years ago, we began receiving requests on a regular basis for a recording. Our music coach, Terry, agreed a CD would be great! He suggested using his fellow band member's home studio: Twin Cedars. We came up with a preliminary list and tossed around many ideas, but did not get serious until 2006. We began practicing songs we hoped to record that year and got CD requests at every single performance that Christmas. We finally felt confident enough to tackle such a project. It was time!
In January of 2007, we met in Michael's studio for the first time. We did not have a title for the CD. We had no idea how long it would take to record. We did not even have firm idea of what songs should be recorded. We very much appreciated Terry who came to every session as "the producer". We had no idea what we were doing but we quickly gained experience!
