When a bride requested Nearer My God To Thee for a mid-ceremony piece at her wedding, the girls came up with a gorgeous arrangement of the well known tune. Later, when looking for a hymn to arrange for our CD, we found that the wonderful lyrics for Teach My Thy Way fit perfectly with the melody usually associated with Nearer My God To Thee. The instrumental part of the recording is very close to the original wedding arrangement, while Terry wrote the harmonies for each verse. We hope the lyrics bless you as much as they did us.
