We spent a long day preparing for our concert tomorrow. We rehearsed both in the morning and the evening, baked dozens of cookies and worked on other projects that are more secret! We are very thankful for the help of Mallory and Elsie D. They kept the cookies baking as we flitted in and out with various activities and desparately tried to keep organized. We are also glad they brought along a brother to keep Noah company! We are grateful for Aunt Paula's excellent decorating skills and for Uncle Bill cheerfully helping where ever needed. It is lovely to have so many friends to help us put on a party!
Our dining room table was just about as full as it could be.
We went over to the church to do some initial set-up this evening.
Will you be filling this room tomorrow night?

Wow! I can't to hear (in person) how it went with having the Devine's girls over, I mean -you say they were a great help which is a good thing!...but were they really!?! I hear they are pretty weird and crazy, totally not the kind of people I would be around. ;)
I'm guessing that the santuary will be packed......LOL. Oh brother, here I go again...messing with y'all's minds. It was fun to go over there again and listen to all different kinds of music bake cookies...and also "help" Kathrina with the cards...we got those cards done in no time! jk. ;)

Oh yes! I'm sure I can't wait to tell you. They were such a help, but the younger one...well, I think I'll leave it at that. ;) I'm not sure how you would handle her. :) And about the room being packed; all I can say is that about 60 emergency chairs had to be brought out! (Wait, no, you already knew? :0)
Yes, it was just amazing how *we* whipped out beautifully designed, handmade cards. You were so helpful (read "distracting"). Honestly though, you kept me going in cheerful spirits. :) Thank you so much. Can't wait to talk in person!
