In July, we enjoyed Home Ec week, hosted at the house of the Janzen family. The days were packed with hymns, devotions, testimonies, talks, a color analysis, Irish dancing, and making quilts. The last of of camp consisted of a scrumptious tea! The Janzens have appointed we girls to be officially in charge of music and Irish dancing next year!
Sewing away!

The quilts were big enough to go on a twin bed!

More quilt making.

There was time for laughter and fellowship.

We taught Irish dances.

The dances could be a bit confusing with all girls!

Mrs. Janzen taught us how to make flower arrangements.

The girls working on the delicacies for the tea party.

Napkin folding lesson!

Creative tray of goodies!

Tea sandwiches.

One of the gorgeous flower arrangements the girls created.

What is more beautiful than flowers?
