Terry's Mini Music Festival

Terry has been our music coach for over twelve years. He taught us how to sing as a family and eagerly included each new instrument we acquired in the many song arrangements he made for us. He knew exactly how to make the most of our limited skills and how to expand his arrangements to fit our growing skills. He produced our first CD. All in all, we wouldn't be the band we are today without Terry. So, it was an honor to be asked to perform at Terry's 60th birthday party, which was actually a mini music festival. Many different students and friends provided about four hours of music to an appreciative audience. We played three songs with Terry and four songs ourselves. It was wonderful to see previous members of Terry's band, The Rite of Spring, get up and play with him. What a privilege to share the stage with so many amazing musicians!
